Granola Meal

Now a day, people are trying their best to live as healthy as they can to stay in fit.
Maybe social media causes that, or it might from the main reason of our lives; well-being.
As you are aware this fact, a full calcium, protein breakfast could turn your blue mood into the pink!
Having Granola for this meal could be a wonderful choice.
Here, we tried to make you up a delicious and energetic recipe which could find some fans between children’s too.
Pick up your date and banana, let’s go for making a toothsome Granola meal.
Ingredients needed:
-Ground almond
-Sesame seed
-Oats
-Dates
-Honey
-Almond butter
-Orange
-Vanilla extract
 
– Melt a bit butter in a med size saucepan then add bananas, dates, almond butter, honey orange zest and vanilla extract and start to blending them.
– Mix oats, grounded almond and seeds in a large bowl until well combined.
– Pour the blended ingredients and mix until the oats and seeds are completely coated.
– Spread out the granola on a large greased baking tray and bake for 40 minutes.
There you go a chef kissed meal which you can garnish with nuts or dried fruits!
